341 Meeting of Creditors

PDF Print
When you appear at your 341 Meeting of Creditors, you will need to bring the following items with you:
  • A photo I.D., either a driver’s license, state I.D. card, or passport.
  • Proof of your social security number in the form of the original card itself, a most recent W-2, or a recent payroll stub indicating your name and SSN.

Some Trustees require that a questionnaire be completed prior to the 341 Meeting.  If the trustee assigned to your case does, my San Francisco bankruptcy law office will mail you the questionnaire.  When you receive it, please make sure to complete and return it to my office as soon as possible so I can return it to the Trustee.  It must be received by the Trustee’s office at least one week prior to the meeting.

One the date and time of the meeting, please try to arrive approximately 15 minutes early so we can discuss the procedure and review your petition.  This will also give me an opportunity to answer any additional questions you may have.
